Use this page to tell us about illegal content or misuse of Dagon Inference, or to contact us as an authority. Dagon Inference is operated by Inkwell Finance, Inc. d/b/a Dagon, a Delaware corporation. Write to legal@inkwell.finance.

Child sexual exploitation

Report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline, or to your local police, and also to legal@inkwell.finance. Do not send us images. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to NCMEC as US law requires.

How to report illegal content or misuse

Email legal@inkwell.finance with:

  1. why you believe the content or activity is illegal or breaks our acceptable use policy;
  2. anything that identifies it on our service: a key id (the gk_ or lk_ prefix only, never the full key), request id, receipt id or output hash, onchain transaction signature, and the date and time;
  3. your name and email address. You may stay anonymous for reports of child sexual abuse material;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.

What we can do

We do not store prompts or outputs, so we cannot search for content by its text. We act on the identifiers you give us. We may suspend or end keys, refuse requests, preserve records and report to authorities. We review reports with a human, not only automated tools, and aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. We may not be able to tell you the outcome. We cannot notify the user concerned, because we hold no contact details for most users.

Authorities, orders and legal process

Authorities can send orders and requests for information to legal@inkwell.finance. We accept communications in English. We respond to valid legal process and emergency requests. See the privacy policy for the records we hold and can produce. Emergency requests involving risk to life or safety should say so in the subject line.

Content moderation

How we enforce our rules is described in the acceptable use policy and the terms. We do not monitor or review content in advance.
